Dr. Hailey started the Virginia International Pan Fest in 2003 in order to support Pan Unity in the US. Now he is guiding lead Mosaic Steel Orchestra toward a triumphant 2025 show. The Orchestra will grace the stage with 34 local musicians from throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia. Our united ensemble of 19 youth and 15 adult musicians will transport the audience on a remarkable trip across musical genres and styles.

Primeplus Norfolk Senior Center is in the process of moving to a new location. As they prepare for this significant transition, they are bidding a fond farewell to their current home where countless memories have been made. To celebrate this exciting change, the Mosaic Seniors Steel Orchestra will take them out with a bang, providing a unforgettably joyful musical send-off!

We’ve invited steelpannist from all over Hampton Roads and beyond to De Panyard for a Good Old-Fashioned Pan Jamboree. In a Celebration of Steelpan, bands will perform traditional Calypso and Soca Classics and plenty of popular tunes to fulfill your vibe requirements.

The Virginia MOCA Boardwalk Art Show is one of the only outdoor art shows produced by an accredited museum and strives to have the highest caliber fine art in the relaxing setting of the Virginia Beach boardwalk. Ranked as a top 15 Fine Art Show of the Decade by Sunshine Artist magazine, this three-day festival welcomes over 150 juried artists from across the country featuring fine art and contemporary craft across several mediums.
